Pancakes – Milk Free Mom



Milk Free Pancakes

Makes 4 servings.
1 C. Flour
1 T. Baking powder
1 T. Sugar
1/2 t. Salt
1 beaten egg
1/2 C. Orange Juice
1/2 C. Water
2 T. Vegetable Oil
Milk Free Margarine for the griddle

Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, & salt. Combine egg, OJ, Water, and oil. Add liquid to dry ingredients, stirring just until moist.

Let mixture rest for 30 seconds. Cook on hot, greased griddle. Cook on the first side until bubbles appear. Turn over and cook until bottom is golden.
