Grilled Roasted Potatoes
3-4 Red potatoes
Seasoning (Mix up your favorites, we use italian, parsley, steak seasoning, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash, or what ever we have in the spice cabinet.)
Cut each potato into 4 or 6 wedges.
Pour Olive oil onto a plate and coat each piece on all sides. Rest each piece on it’s skin.
Sprinkle on a generous amount of seasoning.
Grill for 15 minutes on medium heat, do not allow to burn. Test with fork.
