Who doesn’t love a little hot cocoa to warm them up when it’s cold and snowing outside? If you’re going milk free, Swiss Miss can be a thing of the past for you. But with three little ingredients you can whip some milk free hot cocoa up yourself in a jiffy.
1 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 cup almond, soy, or rice milk
Heat milk in saucepan until warm. Mix cocoa and sugar together and add to milk, stirring while you add. Heat mixture until hot, stirring constantly. Top with a scoop of marshmallow, or Rice Whip if you’re on an egg free diet. That’s it! Yum!
