BBQ Shredded Chicken or Pork – Milk free recipes
One Batch of my BBQ Sauce
8 boneless chicken thighs
OR 4 boneless chicken breasts
OR 3 lbs of pork
Place choice of meat in slow cooker. Add prepared BBQ Sauce. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. DO NOT REMOVE LID.
When cooked, shred meat with 2 forks. Serve on buns!
